STEP 4:

So you’ve launched your business, started practice calls + have been sharing your products on social media…now what?

This is where it’s extremely beneficial to make sure you’re plugging into ALL team calls offered to you (Wednesday Night's for our "Friends & Family" virtual event, and any Team Calls). Diving into personal growth and development (podcasts, books, network marketing books etc), and starting to prioritize intentionally growing your network and connections! Below are a list of different ideas on how you can continue to grow your business using whatever methods are the most fun and productive for you! 


Some people thrive with in-person events, others thrive with online parties, and others do their best to stay consistent on social media! You really need to try all of the methods to figure out what you enjoy most and what works best for you! 


Just know that even if you only talk with 2 people a month, you can still grow this it will just be slower than the person sharing with 60+ people a month. It really is a numbers game! So start playing with all of these different methods to get in front of people and share Arbonne to figure out what works best for you! And set goals to try and get in front of 10, 20, 30 or 60 people a month, depending on what level you’re trying to promote to and how quickly you’re trying to promote through the success plan! 


Just know the VP's on the team have just found ways to share with more ppl and have MORE conversations than someone who’s a new consultant or district manager! And that’s entirely in your control by starting to intentionally build your network and connections so you can also build this business! It’s up to you if you do this through in-person connections, social media, or both! Just know you can be successful in whichever way you choose.

Just remember — the VPs on our team aren’t “special” or “lucky.” They’ve simply learned how to share with MORE people and have MORE conversations than someone who’s brand new or just getting started at District. And the best part? That piece is completely in your control. When you decide to intentionally grow your network and build real connections, you give yourself the same ability to grow this business in a big way too.

You get to choose how you do that — through in-person connections, online, or a blend of both. You can be successful no matter which path you choose, as long as you stay consistent

Some parts of this will stretch you — and that’s normal. You can’t build a big business while staying tucked inside your comfort zone. This journey is going to ask you to push your own limits, get uncomfortable, face your fear of rejection, talk to more people, and get confident sharing what you do. That confidence comes through repetition and practice — not perfection. Give yourself grace while you learn something brand new.


This business is SIMPLE and it is POSSIBLE for you to succeed at any level you choose. But you have to remind yourself to keep showing up, keep talking to people, keep sharing what you do, and stay plugged into the community every single week. When people disconnect, it becomes far too easy to drift away from an opportunity that could’ve changed everything. I’ve seen it so many times — incredible people quit way too fast simply because they didn’t promote right after their launches. Give it time. Stay connected. Keep going.


I can’t wait to watch you grow into everything you’re capable of. You are so capable, I believe in you so much, and this journey is absolutely worth it.
